All orders are shipped out 2-4 business days from day of purchase!

Since our items are all hand made and created just for you, all our purchases are FINAL. 
To request an exchange due to incorrect order or damage, you can contact us at 2timee2020@gmail.com.
If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
